By posting content (including Patois words, definitions, examples, and stories), you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit.

All community contributions are subject to review and moderation by our team. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or edit submissions to maintain the quality and accuracy of the dictionary.

You may not use the Service to post any content that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these terms, in compliance with the Cybercrimes Act of Jamaica.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
